String11 is a non-custodial interface and does not execute fiat payments or custody user funds.

Fiat-to-crypto transaction/payment execution in the on-ramp flow is performed by Transak as a third-party provider.

Where applicable, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and transaction disputes are handled under third-party provider policies and procedures, including Transak terms and policies.

Users should review provider-specific terms before submitting orders.
